The Relevance of CQ
CQ is relevant to many types of people and situations. This includes:
Global leaders - those in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations who must provide leadership for multi-cultural groups of individuals.
Expatriates - employees who are sent (by their employers) to work in other countries
