Contents of Feedback Reports Reports are designed to provide the following personal benefits: Self-Assessment Feedback Reports An overview of the major factors and subfactors of Cultural Intelligence Self-reflection questions to help participants make sense of their CQ feedback Guidelines for developing specific action steps for enhancing Cultural Intelligence Muli-Rater Feedback Reports An overview of the major factors and subfactors of Cultural Intelligence Feedback on how participants rate themselves on the four primary factors and subfactors of Cultural Intelligence, including comparisons with the World Wide Norms for each factor and subfactor Feedback on self-ratings compared to subgroup norms (e.g., working adults, graduate students, undergraduate students, youth, etc.) on each of the major factors of CQ. Feedback on aggregated observer ratings with minimum, maximum, and average scores for each of the major factors of CQ and comparisons between self and observer perspectives Note: All observer feedback is averaged and individual observer responses are never revealed or identified. Self-reflection questions to help participants make sense of their CQ feedback Definitions, examples, and feedback on Individual Cultural Value Orientations Guidelines and suggestions for creating and implementing a personal CQ self-development plan, including specific action steps for enhancing cultural intelligence and overall leadership capabilities.
