Contents of the Cultural Intelligence Multi-Rater Feedback Report
The self and observer questionnaires provide the basis for personal profile reports.
Reports are designed to provide the following personal benefits:
a. Information on individual cultural value orientations.
b. Comparison information on participant personal self-perceptions with the ways that others throughout the world see themselves on a number of key capabilities with direct relevance to cultural intelligence and multi-cultural leadership.
c. Comparison information on participant personal self-perceptions with the aggregated perceptions that observers have of the participant. Note: All observer feedback is averaged and individual observer responses are never identified.
d. Suggestions for personal self-development action plans that should help participants capitalize on their strengths and increase their overall leadership capabilities.
