Basis of the Feedback Reports

Self-Assessment Programs

Participants complete a web-based questionnaire that includes information on attitudes, values, typical behaviors, and personal experiences.

Completing the questionnaire is part of the experiential learning process. To maximize learning, it is important to allow plenty of time for reflection while completing the questionnaire.

Multi-Rater Assessment Programs

Part A (Self)

Participants complete a web-based questionnaire that includes information on attitudes, values, typical behaviors, and personal experiences.

Completing the questionnaire is part of the experiential learning process. To maximize learning, it is important to allow plenty of time for reflection while completing the questionnaire.

Participants also provide names and email contact information on five observers (individuals who know them and their capabilities well).

Depending on the specific program, observers can include supervisors, peers, subordinates, clients, customers, friends, family, etc.

Part B (Observers)

Observers complete a web-based questionnaire on the participant.

We aggregate (average) input from the observers and use this as the basis of the multi-rater feedback. Individual observer responses are kept confidential and never revealed to participants who receive only aggregated feedback based on the set of all their observers.
