Basis of the Personalized Multi-Rater Feedback Reports

Part A (Self)

Participants complete a detailed web-based questionnaire that includes information on attitudes, values, typical behaviors, and personal experiences.

Completing the questionnaire causes participants to think deeply about themselves and it is designed to be part of the experiential learning process. For this reason, participants need to allow approximately 30-40 minutes for reflection and completion of the questionnaire.

Part B (Observers)

Participants provide names of five colleagues who know them and their capabilities.

We contact these individuals and ask them to complete a web-based questionnaire on the participant which serves as the basis for the multi-rater feedback.

In work settings, observers could include the supervisor and four colleagues (peers, subordinates, clients, customers, etc). In non-work settings, observers could include a variety of individuals (work colleagues, friends, family, or others).

Completion of observer questionnaires requires about 15 minutes.
