"Although I have been practicing "diversity" training and consulting for years, becoming a CQ Certified Facilitator added instant and significant credibility to my work. The average practitioner, across industries, wants to feel confident that the content being delivered has been well researched and is academically solid. My task is to simply help them apply the concepts in practical and meaningful ways. My clients find my work very valuable and, as a consequence, often refer me to others."
-  Dr. Sandra Upton (Level 2 CQ Certified Facilitator), President, Upton Consulting

"It’s really valuable to become certified in CQ. You will learn so much about this important concept, its research depth and enormous range of practical applications. You get connected with other CQ Certified Facilitators for mutual learning. And you do justice to your seminar participants who would love to be properly coached by someone who has gone through official trainings.”
- Masatsugu Fujii (Level 2 CQ Certified Facilitator), Professor, Waseda University, Japan

“After completing CQ Level 1 Certification, I had my eyes opened to what might be possible!  Toronto (in Canada) is likely the most diverse city in the world.  Although there are lots of small innovations happening in the area of diversity and inclusion in the city, I could see that much more could be done.  Using the CQ Capabilities model our team designed a questionnaire to ask employers to learn more about drive particularly, in the workplace. As a company, we have also designed training programs for medium sized companies that focus on the cultural intelligence model.”
- Betty Fiksel (CQ Certified Facilitator), Principal at Coaching for Action Inc.
